Best Vegan Eatery in New York City

New York City has an abundance of vegan restaurants that make eating plant-based foods enjoyable and exciting. Honestly, I’m slightly scared for my wallet because this fall I’m going to be living in the city, and I won’t be able to help myself from visiting these restaurants regularly.

Out of all the yummy vegan spots throughout the city, By CHLOE has to be my favorite. There are several Manhattan locations and one Brooklyn location. The 100% vegan chain continues to expand with restaurants in LA, Boston, and Providence!

by CHLOE’s mission is to provide healthy, wholesome, locally-sourced meals to its consumers, and Chef Chloe Coscarelli has truly outdone herself with the array of vegan dishes. From the Guac Burger to the Pesto Meatball Sub, my belly is always satisfied after a visit to one of the five locations throughout the city. They even have incredible salads that make eating greens fun! (Try the Quinoa Taco Salad!) Even the sauces are amazing!; don’t forget to try the beet ketchup and chipotle aioli!

I’ve yet to try everything on the menu, but I only have a few more items left to taste. On my last visit I got the Kale Caesar Salad and the Avocado Pesto Pasta. Both were incredibly amazing! As a vegan, I often miss the unique and yummy Caesar dressing flavor. This salad hit the spot while still holding true to my vegan diet.

If you’re visiting a city that is lucky to have this amazing restaurant, you must go and order one of everything!
